Hotel Kint, a brand new hotel, located in the center of the beautiful Valkenburg, is looking for an enthusiastic Floor Manager to manage our service team at the atmospheric Bistro Francis.

Your role: As Floor Manager, you are the face of Bistro Francis. Together with the hotel manager and the chef, you are responsible for the daily operations in our bistro and ensure that everything runs smoothly. You feel responsible for the entire experience of our guests, from arrival to farewell. With your positive attitude, you know how to inspire both the team and the guests and let them have an unforgettable experience.

What will you do?

Lead the service team of Bistro Francis and ensure an optimal division of work.
Create a warm, hospitable atmosphere where everyone feels welcome.
You respond flexibly and creatively to the wishes and needs of the guests. You are a real people person, can sell well and training and improving your team gives you a kick.
You ensure an efficient and smooth operation, from opening to closing.
You come up with improvement proposals and new ideas to continuously improve the guest experience and the company results.

Your profile:

You have at least 2 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry. You take ownership of your work and have a proactive attitude.
Positivity is your second nature; you always know how to set the right tone.
Flexible and creative; you think in possibilities and find solutions for every situation.
You have an eye for detail and know how to exceed the expectations of our guests time and time again.

Dishwasher

In this role, no day is the same. Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for an optimal experience in our new restaurant with approximately 80 seats.
